Radial hollow hole cylinder ferrite rotor magnets 20x6x45mm

Ferrite magnets, sometimes referred to as ceramic because of their production process, are the least expensive class of permanent magnet materials. Ferrite magnets became commercially available in the mid 1950’s and has since found its way into countless applications including arc shaped magnets for motors, magnetic chucks and magnetic tools.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

This is a hollow cup-shaped cylinder magnet with holes, the material is sintered ceramic ferrite, belonging to the permanent magnet rotor. The specific dimensions are 20mm outer diameter, 6mm inner diameter and 45mm thickness. It is a ferrite cylinder with holes radially magnetized and the holes are through holes. This magnet is the last process is chamfering. The purpose of chamfering is to remove burrs generated during cutting, drilling and other processing on parts. We make it easier to assemble parts by chamfering the end of the magnet.
