This product is a bonded NdFeB magnet used in brushless motors. It is an injection-molded magnet made by pressing. Therefore, it has excellent magnetic performance, which is only slightly inferior to sintered samarium cobalt. Bonded NdFeB uses isotropic magnetic powder, which can be magnetized without prior magnetic field alignment, and the direction of magnetization can be unlimited. However, due to process factors, the magnet products still need to be processed by surface coating. In addition, although the temperature resistance and machining properties of the bonded NdFeB magnets are not as good as those of the iron oxide injection magnets, the cost of the bonded NdFeB magnets is lower than that of the iron oxide injection molded magnets in the mold opening and magnetization fixture parts.
